"On the August 2nd, I was unfortunate enough to live in Rye, NH and get hit by the microburst that tore through Rye and North Hampton. On Thursday (the next day) as we were trying to even begin to get things cleaned up, Eric came by in one of your trucks and asked if we wanted your company to remove the tree that had fallen on my greenhouse/house.

I had my daughter-in-law (who still had internet service- I had nothing, no power, now phone, etc) check your website to verify that the company was legitimate and accepted the quote that Eric gave me.

On Friday, Tamarack and A-1 trucks/cranes/chippers arrived with the crew to take the tree out. I have to tell you that those guys were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, courteous, considerate and very careful to cause no further damage. Your crane operator ( I don’t remember his name) rocked – he was great!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the work they did and their friendly attitude. In a situation like this it makes all the difference to feel like the company bailing you out really cares about the customer and doing an excellent job.

You can be very proud of Eric as a representative of your company and of the kind work everyone did. You can rest assured that I am telling anyone who I talk to what a great job Tamarak/A-1 and Mayer did! P.S. Your sales rep even brought me coffee ?."
