I would like to let you know about your crew in Worcester. The date they were here was 2/1/2010, the crew were amazing, they worked very hard. I was home today and was able to witness the effort to cut 7 trees many of them very large and near over head wires. The lumbjack was amazing, I would like to call him Mr. Hussell, the work that he did was the work of two men. The crane operator was excellent, what control he had, very professional! Your ground crew that was with the chipper were great, they worked very hard and left the street and properties very clearn. I noticed this group worked straight thru lunch, these guys are a real find to an employer. Getting back to Mr Hussell, every time he was on the ground he didn't walk, he ran. This crew was out in the cold all day long and worked constantly, its rare to see a performance like this with the style of work ethic that seems to be a norm today. Please pass this along to the crew for a job well done.

I would like to complement you and your team for the nice work they did last Thursday. Actually, the work was absolutely fantastic! The team arrived on time, quickly scoped out the work, parked the cranes and equipment, and then proceeded to cut down and remove the trees one by one with the huge crane, and with great precision. Great care was taken so that the trees being removed would not hit the houses. Each tree was then lowered to the street and processed by the tree shredder crew. The amazing thing about their whole effort was that they worked all day in 10º F conditions. Truly, you are all monuments to hard work!
Enclosed is a CD of photos I took during tree removal at my home in September, I apologize for not sending this to you sooner...it (literally) got buried under a stack of things on my desk and I just found it!
As is evident I am not a professional photographer; however, I hope you and your crew enjoy the CD. I know I am enjoying the view and natural light I now have with the trees removed. My name is Karla I live in Haverhill, MA. I wanted to send my appreciation to you and your staff of the men who came out on August 13, 2008 and removed a tree in the front of my home. This tree had been causing many problems with my roof and electrical service for the five years I have been living here. I also have one child with Autism and another child with Downs Syndrome who on many days could not go out front to play after a rain storm for fear of broken limbs and hanging wires caused by this tree. My son who became petrified of rain because of his fear was the tree would fall on my house. Mike Duchemin and the whole staff of guys who took the tree down should be commended for the hard work and professional attitude for this job. I am still in shock they did the job in two hours and even cleaned up every single branch and leaf. The City of Haverhill is lucky to have a contact with you and I have called Neil to pass this along. Again, many thanks to you all for giving us peace of mind.
