I live in Swampscott, Massachusetts. On Feb. 2008, I contacted Mayer to get a quote on a 60 inch very large oak tree with the base of the tree in a corner of my lot ,right next to my house and their fence,but with 80% of the tree in the neighbors yard . The neighbor told my wife that they wanted to have the tree trimmed which I had done every 5 years, but now she told them my husband wants to get it cut down. The neighbor was very excited that this messy oak tree was finally going to go at my expense.
Jeff Thomas came out to quote the job. Jeff was the most presentable and knowledgeable abororist that I met from the six tree services I had received quotes. Jeff gave me the quote and I showed it to the neighbor. Now I understand when my cousin says stop acting like a lawyer to her husband of 50 years because now my neighbor wants a right of entry agreement that he is willing to negotiate. Mayer Tree Service was recommended by my neighbors lawn service of many years and Jeff was astute enough to put it on the quote. Jeff came out again and surveyed the situation and said he could do it entirely on our own property with alot of finesse. Three trucks showed up,the crane ,the bucket, and the shredder. The showed up ahead of schedule. Rafael introduced the 4 man crew. The immediately got to work. The precision that this crew exhibited with this equipment should be made into a movie. These experts didn't let even a twig fall in the neighbors yard . Their team work looked like the Navy seals. Not only was I exceptionally pleased , the neighbor called and said in a rating system of 1-10 ,I would have to give them a 10. You can use my name as a recommendation.
