Gentlemen,

Yesterday, your team of four men cut down a Scotch Pine tree in my backyard. They did a great job of working together to cut, remove and grind branches and logs and clean up the yard.

This note is to thank all your efficient employees for their kindness help and promptness. This includes your secretary who took my call on Monday, March 23. Seth Pearson who came to give me the estimate and later set up the appointment for yesterday's work did a wonderful job, as well. You should be proud of each one of them.
